Post selection, our standard mobilisation timeline is 12–15 working days. Yes. Every candidate placed through ATT HR Consultants receives a formal employment contract from the employer, translated if needed, before departure. We ensure you understand all terms including salary, accommodation, working hours, and return airfare.
Is there a pre-departure orientation?
Yes. Before departure, all candidates receive a pre-departure orientation covering destination country laws, their rights as overseas workers, employer expectations, safety protocols, and ATT's support channels in case of any issues after arrival.
