Recruitment for Middle East & GCC employers
Our established market. We have recruited Indian candidates for employers in all six GCC states.
The GCC is where most of our recruitment experience lies. Employers we have worked with include hospitality groups, industrial and engineering companies, contractors and distributors in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman and Bahrain.
How recruitment to the GCC works
All six GCC states are on India's list of Emigration Check Required (ECR) countries. In practice this means:
- The employer obtains the work visa or entry permit through the destination country's system.
- Candidates with ECR passports need emigration clearance from the Protector of Emigrants. As a registered recruiting agent, we process this on the Government of India's eMigrate system.
- Candidates complete a pre-departure medical at a centre approved for the destination.
- Certain visa categories require attested educational certificates, and some occupations may be subject to destination skills-verification programmes. We check the current requirement for each role.
