Aziz Tours & Travels was founded in Mumbai in 1984. It remains a family-led recruitment business, trading also as ATT HR Consultants.
Our story
What began as a single-minded mission — to connect India's skilled workforce with opportunity abroad — has grown into a recruitment business trusted by employers across the Gulf.
From oil and gas operations to hotels, factories and construction sites, we have recruited Indian candidates for white-collar and blue-collar roles for more than forty years. After the founder's passing, his sons took over the business and began extending its reach to employers beyond the Gulf.
We remain based in Jogeshwari West, Mumbai, where candidates are interviewed, tested and prepared for departure.

Abdul Rahim took over the business with his brother after the passing of their father, the company's founder, and has led its expansion from the Gulf towards employers worldwide. An HR professional by background, he focuses on building long-term relationships between employers and candidates.

Mehar Aalam leads international operations and employer partnerships. He has been instrumental in taking the company's services beyond the Gulf, while keeping recruitment within the standards of professionalism and compliance the business was built on.
