Canadian and US employer-sponsored immigration is complex and usually handled by the employer's immigration lawyer or licensed consultant. Our role is limited to the Indian side: finding and screening candidates, arranging interviews and helping candidates prepare documents.
Before you start
- Canada: many employer-driven hires need a Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) or an exempt route. See IRCC.
- United States: employment visas are petition-based and capped in some categories. See USCIS.
- We do not give immigration advice for these countries.
This is a developing market for us. We work only where the employer has a lawful sponsorship route in place.
