Recruitment for Europe & United Kingdom employers
We review requirements from UK and European employers case by case, within each country's immigration rules.
European and UK employers increasingly look to India for skilled staff. Work permits in these countries are tightly regulated and usually tied to the employer, so recruitment has to start from what the employer is permitted to sponsor.
What to know before you start
- United Kingdom: most overseas hires come through the Skilled Worker route, which requires the employer to hold a sponsor licence and the role to meet skill and salary thresholds. See GOV.UK.
- Germany: skilled-immigration rules generally require recognition of the candidate's qualification. See the official portal Make it in Germany.
- Other EU states: each has its own work-permit system; language and qualification recognition are common requirements.
- Ethical recruitment: some sectors and destinations have their own codes on recruitment fees and practices. We follow the employer's applicable code.
How we can help
On the Indian side, we source and screen candidates against your criteria, organise interviews, help candidates gather and attest documents, and brief them on the destination. The employer remains responsible for sponsorship and the visa application.
