What we collect

Employer enquiries: company name, contact name, business email, phone, country and details of your requirement.
Candidate registrations: name, email, phone, city, trade, experience, preferred countries and any details you choose to add.
General messages: name, email, phone and your message.
Website usage: if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects information about pages visited and your device. See Cookies below.

Please do not send passport numbers, Aadhaar numbers or other identity numbers through the website forms.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry and discuss recruitment services.
To match candidates with suitable vacancies and contact them about them.
To meet legal obligations, including those under India's Emigration Act, 1983.
To understand and improve how the website is used (only with your consent).

We process personal data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and, where it applies to you, other data-protection laws such as the UK and EU GDPR. Our basis is your consent, the steps needed to respond to your request, and legal obligations.

Who we share it with

Candidate details are shared with prospective employers only for vacancies relevant to you, and with authorities where the law requires it (for example, for emigration clearance). Form submissions are delivered by email through our web host. We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle them and any resulting business relationship. Candidate registrations are kept for up to 24 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner, or longer where the law requires.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by emailing admin@aziztt.com. You may also complain to the relevant data-protection authority.

Cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 to measure site usage. Analytics cookies are set only if you select Accept analytics in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time using Cookie settings. We do not use advertising cookies. The office map on the contact page loads from Google only when you choose to show it.
