How can international employers recruit workers from India?
Work with a recruiting agent registered with India's Ministry of External Affairs. The agent sources and screens candidates, arranges interviews, and handles Indian-side steps such as emigration clearance on eMigrate where it applies. How does candidate screening work?
We agree criteria with you, screen CVs and documents, interview candidates, and arrange trade tests for skilled roles before presenting a shortlist. You interview and make the final selection. See Candidate Screening.
How do I submit a manpower requirement?
Use the Request Manpower form, email admin@aziztt.com or call +91 98670 92529. Include roles, quantities, qualifications, salary and benefits, location and timeline.
Is Aziz Tours & Travels registered with the Government of India?
Yes. We hold Recruiting Agent Registration No. B-581/MUM/PER/1000+/5/1857/85, issued under the Emigration Act, 1983 by the Protector General of Emigrants, Ministry of External Affairs. See Responsible Recruitment.
How long does recruitment take?
It depends on the number and type of roles, interview arrangements, document readiness and the destination's visa process. We give a realistic schedule after reviewing your requirement.
Do you offer replacements?
Replacement terms, where offered, are set out in the service agreement for each requirement.
Do you recruit for white-collar and blue-collar roles?
Yes — from general workers and tradespeople to supervisors, engineers and qualified professionals.

How do I apply?

Do I have to pay to register?
No. Registering with us is free. If anyone asks you for money in our name, do not pay and contact us directly.
Will I receive a written contract?
Yes. Selected candidates receive a written offer and the employment contract terms, which we explain before you accept.
Is there a pre-departure briefing?
Yes. We brief candidates on the destination country, the job, workplace safety, their rights and who to contact if there is a problem.
What is ECR emigration clearance?
If your passport is marked ECR and you are going to work in an ECR country, such as a GCC state, you need emigration clearance before departure. We process this for you on eMigrate.
